The JINGTIAN L0 Rotor Ultra Low Viscosity Adapter is an accessory designed for accurate measurement of ultra low viscosity samples. It only requires a sample volume of 25~ 30mL, which can be used with various Viscometers of our brand for measurement, effectively expanding the low viscosity measurement range of the instrument.

Principle
The ultra-low viscosity adapter generates a specific shear force with the sample during swirl/spin through its specially designed 0 #rotor. When connected to the matching rotational viscometer, the instrument calculates the viscosity value of the sample by measuring the torque required to maintain the constant Rotation speed of the rotor, achieving accurate measurement of ultra-low viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. According to the measurement needs, select and prepare the applicable Viscometer host of this brand (such as NDJ-5S, SNB-1, LVDV-1, etc.).
2. Install the L0 Rotor Ultra Low Viscosity Adapter correctly on the selected Viscometer shaft.
3. Take 25~ 30mL of the sample to be tested and pour it into the sample container matched with the adapter.
4. Slowly lower the Viscometer host with the rotor installed so that the rotor is immersed in the sample to the specified marking line.
5. Start the Viscometer and select the appropriate Rotation speed for measurement.
6. After the reading has stabilized, record or read the viscosity value.

* Check whether the rotor and sample container are clean and drying before use.
* The amount of injected sample should be within the range of 25~ 30mL to ensure measurement accuracy.
* When operating, ensure that the rotor immersion depth meets the requirements to avoid measurement errors.
* When measuring different samples, the adapter should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent cross-contamination.
