Overview
The JINGTIAN R1 rotor is an accessory for JINGTIAN brand specific rotational viscometers and can be used with RVDV-1, RVDV-2, HBDV-1, HBDV-2 instruments. The rotor is designed for the measurement of lower viscosity fluids. Measurement ranges are referred to the product parameter sheet.
Features
1. Specially designed for JINGTIAN brand specific model Viscometer, with good compatibility.
2. Suitable for the measurement of lower viscosity fluids.
3. Specifications are clear, for the R1 #rotor.
Principle
As the core measurement component of the rotational viscometer, the R1 rotor swirls/spins in the measured fluid under the drive of the motor. The Tack resistance of the rotor swirl/spin is detected by the instrument Sensor and converted into a torque signal, and finally the viscosity value of the fluid is calculated.
Applications
For use with JINGTIAN RVDV-1, RVDV-2, HBDV-1, HBDV-2 rotational viscometers, it is suitable for industrial, scientific research or quality control fields that require the measurement of lower viscosity fluids.
Steps
Make sure the instrument (RVDV-1/RVDV-2/HBDV-1/HBDV-2) is turned off.
2. Install the R1 rotor carefully on the connecting shaft designated by the instrument and fasten it.
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested to the specified marking line position.
4. Turn on the instrument and select the corresponding Measurement mode and Rotation speed.
5. After the reading stabilizes, record the viscosity measurement.
6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument, remove the rotor and clean it.
Notice
• Please confirm that your instrument model is RVDV-1, RVDV-2, HBDV-1, or HBDV-2 to ensure compatibility.
• Check the rotor for deformation or damage before use.
• Be careful when installing and removing rotors to avoid collisions.
• Make sure the rotor immersion depth meets the requirements during measurement and avoid bubbles.
• After use, the rotor should be cleaned in time to prevent the sample residue from affecting the subsequent Measurement accuracy or corrosion of the rotor.
• For specific operation details such as Measurement range and Rotation speed selection, please refer to the instruction manual of the host instrument.
