Principle
The product uses a microcomputer Control system, uses PID adjustment technology, and combines imported Pt100 temperature sensors for accurate temperature measurement and feedback. The system intelligently adjusts the Heating power according to the deviation between the set value and the Measured value to achieve thermostatic control. At the same time, the liquid in the Tank flows evenly through the circulation pump (this model supports internal/external circulation) to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of thermostatic medium (such as deionized water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the control panel.
4, start the circulation pump (according to the need to choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode).
5. The equipment starts to work until it reaches the set temperature and stabilizes.
6. After use, turn off the heating and circulation pumps and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is not lower than the minimum requirement before use.
• Do not touch heating components or high-temperature liquids while the equipment is running to prevent burns.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• When performing external circulation, make sure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• If there is an over-temperature alarm or Miscellaneous fault prompt, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
