Principle
The Glossiness Meter irradiates the measured surface at a 60 ° angle through the built-in LED Illuminant, receives reflected light, converts the light signal into an electrical signal through the photoelectric Sensor, calculates the gloss value by the internal processor, and displays it on the LCD screen.

Steps
1) Turn it on.
2) Perform automatic correction or zero correction as required.
3) Select the measurement mode (basic measurement, sample measurement, statistical measurement or continuous measurement mode).
4) Align and fit the instrument measurement window to the measured surface.
5) Take measurements and read gloss values.
6) The upper and lower limits can be set for automatic determination.
Data can be exported via USB, Bluetooth, or SD card.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is properly calibrated before measurement.
• When measuring, the instrument measurement window (light spot size 9mm × 15mm) should be completely fitted to the tested surface.
• Select the appropriate sample according to the measurement range (0.1~ 1000 GU).
• Note that the resolution of the instrument varies in different ranges (0 to 100:0.1; 100 to 1000:1).
• The instrument has an automatic shutdown function to save power.
• 100 sets of stored data can be exported via SD card.
