XK97-A Colony counter is a digital display semi-automatic bacterial counting instrument of RONGHUA INSTRUMENT brand, which consists of counting pool, counting pen, counter and digital display. The instrument is easy to operate and accurate to count, which can reduce the labor intensity of experimenters, improve work efficiency and work mass.

Principle
The instrument enhances the contrast ratio of the colony to the background through the black background of the counting cell and the side-shot illumination system. The operator marks the colony with a counting pen, and the counter automatically records the quantity and displays the result on a digital display.

• According to the bacteria counting inspection procedures, when the number of colonies growing in the culture dish exceeds 300, the inspection samples should be diluted and re-inspected to ensure the accuracy of counting
