Overview
DHH-5-10 cryogenic sink is a precision thermostatic instrument made of imported stainless steel plate and professional technology, and all technical indicators meet national standards. It has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, strong corrosion resistance, compact structure, beautiful appearance, energy saving, long service life, etc. It is suitable for direct or auxiliary heating in experimental scientific fields such as biology, physics, plants, chemical industry, and environmental protection.
Features
1. Made of imported stainless steel plate and professional technology, strong corrosion resistance.
2. High temperature control accuracy, Temperature Fluctuation ≤ +/- 1 ℃.
3. Compact structure and beautiful appearance.
4. Save energy and enjoy a long service life.
5. Flow rate ≥ 6L/min circulation pump.
Principle
The cryogenic tank is cooled by a built-in Compressor and combined with a heating system. Under the precise adjustment of the Control system, the liquid (usually water or other media) in the Tank is kept thermostatic within the set Temperature range (-5~ 100 ° C). The circulating pump ensures that the liquid temperature in the tank is uniform.
Applications
Biological, physical, plant, chemical, environmental protection and other experimental science fields
Standards
national standard
Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to a 220V 50HZ power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium (such as deionized water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the control panel (within the range of -5 to 100 ° C).
4. When the equipment starts working, the Compressor and heating system will automatically operate to reach and maintain the set temperature.
5. After use, turn off the power and drain or properly dispose of the liquid in the tank.
Notice
• Please use a 220V 50HZ power supply and ensure good grounding.
• The liquid medium added to the tank must meet the requirements to avoid the use of liquids with excessive corrosion.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and drain the liquid.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
