Overview
The BBMS-2000 Bidirectional reflection/transmission spatial distribution measurement system is a professional measurement equipment from the EVERFINE brand for accurate measurement of scattering characteristics of material surfaces. The system can measure the transmission distribution (BTDF), reflected light distribution (BRDF), total reflection (TIR), scattering (TIS) and Color parameters of materials. It is widely used in plastics, auto parts, furniture, Spinning & weaving, Glass and other fields to characterize the properties of material surface color appearance with angle changes and material surface modification and other Appearance characteristics.
Features
1. The system rotates through four axes (A axis, B axis, C axis, D axis), which can realize the measurement of the detector around the entire sphere of the tested sample, and the illumination of the Illuminant around the half sphere of the tested sample. Automatically and quickly realize the illumination and reflectance/transmittance measurement of the whole space of the tested sample.
2. Illuminance and light spot size adjustable, and equipped with monitoring detectors to detect and compensate for the influence of Illuminant fluctuations on measurement.
Principle
The system controls the spatial position and angle of the Illuminant and detector through a precise four-axis (A, B, C, D axis) mechanical structure. The Illuminant can illuminate the sample within half a sphere, and the detector can move within the entire sphere, so as to automatically and systematically collect the reflection or transmission light signal of the sample under different incidence and observation angles. The equipped monitoring detector is used to monitor and compensate for the Illuminant fluctuation in real time to ensure the stability and accuracy of the measurement data.
