Overview
HACA-3000 High Accuracy Colorimeter is a benchmark color measurement device launched by the EVERFINE brand. It uses professional Light spectrum measurement technology to achieve High Accuracy measurement of Light spectrum reflectance, Light spectrum transmittance, Color, etc. on the surface of objects. It is a good solution to meet the needs of color matching of various materials.
Features
1. Pulse xenon lamp light source, high luminance, long life and good stability.
2. Good repeability: Unique dual light path design can monitor and automatically compensate the Illuminant to reduce the error caused by the change of the Illuminant.
3. Automatic zoom function: According to different measurement apertures, the system can realize automatic zoom.
4. Light spectrum measurement technology: Using back-illuminated High Accuracy Array CCD detector, Diffraction grating, and using a number of technologies to ensure high resolution, low stray light and high Sensitivity of Light spectrum measurement.
5. Excellent deep gamut measurement performance: still has high accuracy and repeability when measuring low reflectance or transmittance materials.
6. Easy to maintain: Comes with correction and calibration functions, making it convenient for users to zero and calibrate by themselves.
Principle
Light spectrum measurement technology is used to provide illumination through pulsed xenon arc. For reflection measurement, d/8 (diffuse illumination/8 ° reception) geometry is used; for transmission measurement, d/0 (diffuse illumination/0 ° reception) geometry is used. After the ray of light is applied to the sample, it is received by the back-illuminated High Accuracy Array CCD detector and splitted by good Diffraction grating. Light spectrum reflectance, transmittance and various Color parameters are finally analyzed.
Standards
CIE、ISO、ASTM、DIN、JIS、GB/T
Steps
1. According to the measurement requirements (reflection or transmission) and sample size, select the appropriate measurement aperture and install it.
2. Use standard accessories (white calibration plate, zero calibrating box) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Place the sample to be tested in the measurement position.
4. Select SCI (including mirror reflection) or SCE (eliminating mirror reflection) mode on the instrument operation interface.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically complete the data collection and analysis.
6. Read and record measurement results, such as Spectral Curves, Color Space Numbers, etc.
Notice
* Be sure to calibrate the instrument before measurement to ensure measurement accuracy.
Select the appropriate measurement aperture and lighting/receiving conditions based on sample characteristics (e.g. size, surface condition) and measurement requirements.
* The instrument can still maintain good performance when measuring dark samples with low reflectance or transmittance, but it is necessary to ensure that the sample is placed stably.
The instrument comes with a calibration function, and regular maintenance and calibration are recommended.
* After changing the measurement aperture, the system can automatically identify, but still need to confirm that the installation is in place.
