Overview
HACA-2000 High Accuracy Color Analyzer uses pulsed xenon arc to simulate D65 Illuminant, combined with d/8 (diffuse illumination/8 degree reception) geometric lighting conditions and dual light path design, to achieve High Accuracy measurement of parameters such as light spectrum reflectance on the surface of the object and Cartesian coordinates L *, a *, b *, chroma Cab, shade hab in the CIE three-dimensional color space. The system conforms to CIE, ASTM and other international standards and GBT national standards, and is suitable for plastic, Spinning & weaving, printing and dyeing, dyestuff, printing and other industries. It can be used for product quality control and Color parameter measurement, and can also be applied to laboratory object surface reflection Color measurement.
Features
1. The pulsed xenon lamp light source has the characteristics of high luminance, long life and good stability.
2. Excellent repeability: The unique dual light path design can monitor and automatically compensate the Illuminant, reducing the error caused by the change of the Illuminant.
3. With automatic zoom function, it can be automatically adjusted according to different measurement apertures.
4. High Accuracy Array Detectors and Diffraction grating combine multiple technologies to ensure High Resolution, Low Stray Light and High Sensitivity for Light spectrum measurement.
5. In the measurement of low reflectance or transmittance materials, it can still maintain high accuracy and repeability, and the deep color gamut measurement performance is excellent.
6. Easy to maintain, with its own calibration and calibration functions, making it convenient for users to zero and calibrate by themselves.
7. With UV filtering function.
8. Support SCI (including mirror reflection)/SCE (eliminating mirror reflection) synchronous measurement, and can choose to switch.
Principle
The analyzer is based on the geometric illumination conditions of d/8 (diffuse illumination/8 degree reception), and uses the pulsed xenon arc to simulate the D65 standard illuminant to illuminate the sample. Through a dual-light path design, one light path is used to illuminate the sample, and the other is used to monitor the Illuminant in real time and automatically compensate to reduce the influence of Illuminant fluctuations. The ray of light reflected by the sample passes through the Optical inspection system, which is splitted and detected by the back-illuminated High Accuracy Array detector and Diffraction grating. Finally, the Light spectrum reflectance and various Color parameters of the sample are calculated.
Applications
Plastic, Spinning & weaving, Dyeing, Dyestuff, Printing
Standards
CIE、ASTM、ISO、DIN、GBT
Steps
1. According to the size of the measurement object, select the appropriate measurement aperture (LAV: 28 mm, MAV: 11 mm or SAV: 5 × 7 mm) and replace it, the system can automatically identify the aperture.
2. Turn on the instrument and use the built-in correction and calibration functions to perform zero correction and calibration operations.
3. According to the measurement requirements, choose whether to include ultraviolet light (UV filtering function) and select SCI or SCE measurement mode.
4. Align the instrument measurement port to the surface of the sample to be tested.
5. Trigger measurement, the instrument automatically completes data collection and analysis.
6. Export measurement data via RS232 or USB interface.
Notice
* Make sure the instrument has been calibrated and calibrated before measurement.
Select the appropriate measurement aperture based on sample size and characteristics.
* Pay attention to the correct selection of UV filtering mode and SCI/SCE measurement mode according to measurement requirements.
The instrument is heavier (about 20kg), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving and placing it.
* Do not use in strong electromagnetic interference or extreme temperature and humidity environment, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.
