Overview
The LANDTEK VMC-606 Vibration Calibrator is a compact, self-contained Handheld device designed to calibrate a wide range of vibration meters. It provides known and controlled RMS Vibration Acceleration, verifying Acceleration meters up to 150g, vibration monitoring systems, and recording systems.
Features
1. Small and independent Handheld design, easy to carry and operate
2. Designed for Quick and Easy Detection Acceleration Meters, Vibration Monitoring Systems and Recording Systems
3. Provide Known and Controllable RMS Vibration Acceleration Verification
4. Maximum load capacity up to 150g
5. Powered by 4 AA batteries, easy to use
Principle
The calibrator produces a fixed Frequency vibration of 159.2Hz and outputs a Peak Acceleration of 14.14m/s ², a RMS velocity of 10mm/s and a peak-to-peak displacement of 28um.
Applications
Vibration meter calibrated, Acceleration meter calibrated, Vibration monitoring system calibrated, recording system calibrated
Standards
Frequency accuracy +/- 0.5%, Acceleration output accuracy +/- 3%, Speed output accuracy +/- 3%, Displacement output accuracy +/- 4%, Lateral output < 5%, Deformation < 3%
Steps
1. Install 4 AA batteries
2. Install the calibrated equipment on the calibrator (maximum load 150g)
3. Power on calibrator
4. Heating time is less than 3 seconds
5. Perform calibrated verification operations
