Principle

Install 2 AA batteries and ensure sufficient power supply. 2. Select the desired Measurement unit (kgf, lbf, N, Pa). 3. Align the Probe vertically on the surface of the fruit or vegetable to be tested. 4. Apply pressure smoothly to achieve a Probe insertion depth of 10mm. 5. Read the Hardness value on the display, using the Average Calculation or MAX Maximum Latch function. 6. Connect the PC via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth for data transmission.
