Overview
LANDTEK MC-7825P moisture meter (needle type) is a Portable moisture measuring instrument using needle detection method, suitable for moisture measurement of wood, wood fiber and other nonconductive substances. The instrument has a digital display and LED status indication Dual Display mode, supports multiple data output interfaces and PC communication.

Principle
The moisture meter adopts the principle of needle detection. Moisture content is estimated by inserting a probe into the substance to be measured and measuring the change of the dielectric constant of the substance. The instrument contacts the substance to be measured through the probe, collects electrical signals and converts them into moisture percentage values for display.

Steps
1. Install 4 AA batteries to power the instrument
2. Select the corresponding measurement code
3. Insert the probe into the substance to be tested
4. Read the water content value on the LCD display
5. Observe the status of the LED indicator to determine the moisture status
6. Data can be transferred via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth connection to PC
