Principle
Sensor measurement of moisture and temperature parameters of food samples, the instrument uses electronic technology to convert the measurement results into digital signals and display them on LCD display to achieve rapid detection.

Steps
Install 4 AA batteries and check the voltage.
2. Insert the measuring rod into the grain sample.
3. Read the moisture and temperature data on the LCD display.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature should be kept between 0 and 50 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be below 80% RH.
Pay attention to the low voltage prompt of the battery and replace the battery in time.
* Ensure that the measuring rod is inserted correctly into the sample during measurement to avoid affecting the accuracy.
