Overview
The LANDTEK FM-204-1K Force Gauge is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy digital display thrust and tensile test instrument. It uses four large LCD screen forward and reverse dual display, with peak hold, multi-unit conversion and automatic shutdown functions. It is suitable for push-pull load, plug-in force and Destructiveness tests in a variety of industries.

Principle
The Force Gauge senses the applied thrust or pull through the Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and digitally displays the instantaneous value or holding peak in real time on the four-digit large LCD screen after being processed by the internal circuit. The user can choose different Measurement units, and the instrument will issue a buzzer alarm when overloaded.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply to turn it on.
2. Set the required Measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g) through the unit selection key.
3. Connect the instrument to the object under test and apply thrust or tension for testing.
4. Reading: The screen displays the instantaneous force value in real time; if you need to measure the peak value, the instrument will maintain the maximum force value display until it is manually cleared.
5. After the test is completed, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically without operation.
Notice
Do not exceed the allowable load of 150% F.s. The instrument will beep when it exceeds 110% F.s.
* Ambient Temperature should be between 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be less than 80%.
* The instrument should be used in an environment without source and corrosion medium.
Pay attention to the battery polarity and install it correctly.
When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
