Overview
The LANDTEK FM-204-5K Force Gauge is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy Digital Display Thrust and Tensile Test Instrument. It uses four large LCD dual display screens, supports multiple unit conversion, and has peak hold function. It is suitable for push-pull load, plug-and-pull force and Destructiveness tests in a variety of industries.

Principle
The Force Gauge senses the applied push or pull force through the Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the Measured value (instantaneous value) or the maintained peak in real time on the four-digit large LCD screen after processing by the internal circuit. The user can choose different Measurement units, and the instrument will automatically convert.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply.
2. Turn on and select the desired Measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. According to the test requirements, connect the instrument to the test object correctly.
4. Apply a push or pull force to the test, and the screen will display the real-time value.
5. To record the maximum force value, use the peak hold function.
6. After the test is completed, the peak data can be cleared manually.
7. After use, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically.
Notice
* Do not exceed the allowable load of 150% of the range, the instrument will sound a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% of the range.
* Ambient Temperature should be between 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be less than 80%.
* The instrument should be used in an environment without source and corrosion medium.
Pay attention to the battery polarity and install it correctly.
When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
