LANDTEK FM-204-10K Force Gauge is a digital display push-pull force testing instrument with the characteristics of small, simple, multi-function and High Accuracy. It is mainly used for the measurement of thrust, tension and other loads, and is suitable for testing and testing in a variety of industries.

Principle
The Digital Display Force Gauge converts mechanical forces into electrical signals by sensing the applied thrust or pull through the Sensor, and after processing by the internal circuit, digitally displays the Measured value (instantaneous value) or the maintained peak in real time on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply.
2. Turn on and select the desired Measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a push-pull load test, and the instrument will display the instantaneous value.
4. If you need to measure the peak value, the instrument will automatically maintain the peak display, and manually clear it after the test.
5. After use, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically.
Notice
* The allowable load is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, the instrument will beep and alarm. Please do not overload for a long time.
* Operating temperature is 0~ 40 ℃.
* Allowable relative humidity < 80%.
* The working environment should be free of source and corrosion medium.
* Please select the unit correctly according to the measurement needs and pay attention to the conversion.
* Peak hold function requires manual clearing for the next peak measurement.
