LANDTEK FM-204-100K Force Gauge is a digital display push-pull force testing instrument with the characteristics of small, simple, multi-function and High Accuracy. It is mainly used for thrust and pull testing, and is suitable for load testing, plug-in force testing and Destructiveness testing in various industries.

Principle
Sensor measurement of applied thrust or pull converts mechanical forces into electrical signals, processed by an internal processor, and finally displays instantaneous values or hold peaks in digital form in real time on the LCD screen. It supports multiple unit conversions and has an overload alarm function.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply.
2. Turn on and select the desired Measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a push-pull load test, and the instrument will display the instantaneous force value.
4. If you need to maintain the peak value, the instrument will automatically maintain the peak display and can be cleared manually.
5. After use, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically without operation.
Notice
* The allowable load is 150% F.s. There will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s. Please do not overload for a long time.
* Operating temperature is 0~ 40 ℃.
* Allowable relative humidity < 80%.
* The working environment should be free of source and corrosion medium.
* Please select and use the Measurement unit correctly according to the instructions.
* Pay attention to the battery level and replace it in time to ensure Measurement accuracy.
