Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry. The built-in Illuminant uniformly irradiates the surface of the tested sample in a 45 ° annular mode, and the receiver located in the 0 ° direction receives the light signal reflected by the sample. The light signal is analyzed into Light spectrum of different wavelengths by a spectroscopic system, and the Light spectrum data in the wavelength range of 400nm to 700nm is systematically analyzed to calculate various Color parameters of the sample.

Steps
1. Make sure the instrument has sufficient power and can be turned on for use.
2. Turn on and perform the necessary calibrating operations.
3. Align the instrument measurement diameter (8mm) against the surface of the sample to be tested.
4. Trigger the measurement, the instrument will collect and analyze the data.
5. The measurement results will be displayed on the 2.8-inch backlit color LCD screen, and you can choose to view the color space (such as Lab, Lch, etc.), color difference value (such as < unk > E * ab, < unk > E00, etc.) or Miscellaneous index (such as whiteness WI, yellowness YI).
6. The measurement data can be stored inside the instrument (up to 10,000 sets), or transmitted to external devices through USB and Bluetooth interfaces.
