The EVERFINE VCA-1100A Color Assessment Cabinet (also known as standard illuminant Color Assessment Cabinet) is a high-quality Illuminant solution for quality control, classification, and evaluation of Metamerism products. The device is equipped with a safe and intelligent statistical controller that does not require preheating or flickering, ensuring fast and reliable color evaluation. It also has the characteristics of low energy consumption, no heat generation (no active heat dissipation), and high luminous efficiency.
Features
Built-in six types of Illuminant: D65 daylight (6500K), CWF cold white fluorescent lamp (4150K), TL84 Illuminant (4000K), A Illuminant (2856K), U30 Illuminant (3000K), UV ultraviolet light source (365nm), and any white light Illuminant can be added to UV ultraviolet light.

Principle
The Color Assessment Cabinet provides a consistent and controlled lighting environment for Color Assessment with a variety of standardized stable Illuminants. Its unifier uses proprietary coatings to achieve diffuse reflection of rays of light, ensuring uniform lighting in the viewing area. The intelligent controller manages the switching, combination (e.g. UV and white) and operating status statistics of the Illuminant, providing flicker-free stable light output without preheating, enabling accurate comparison and evaluation of product Color.

Steps
Connect the device to a 220Vac +/- 10%, 50/60Hz power supply.
2. Select the desired one or more Illuminants (e.g. D65, TL84, CWF, A, U30, UV or combined Illuminants) through the controller.
3. Place the sample to be tested on a 45-degree observation platform in the box.
4. Color comparison, evaluation or classification under standard illuminant.
5. After use, the Illuminant can be turned off by the controller, and the device has a timing automatic shutdown function.
6. The controller will record and display the accumulated usage time and the number of switches of each Illuminant.
Notice
• Please ensure that the supply voltage is within the range of 220Vac +/- 10%.
• Equipment does not need to be preheated, but frequent switching should be avoided to prolong the life of the Illuminant.
• Pay attention to observe the accumulated use time and maintain it in a timely manner.
• Keep the surface of the homogenizer clean to avoid scratching coatings affecting the uniformity of light rays.
• Do not place heavy objects on the equipment or block the ventilator.
• When using UV Illuminants, please pay attention to safety protection and avoid looking directly at them for a long time.
