EVERFINE CY-1000A/B afterglow characteristic test system is a verification test equipment designed according to relevant German standards and Chinese national standards. Principle
The system uses CIE 45/0 ° illumination and observation conditions, and uses a 6500K Excitation light source to irradiate the light-storing material sample within the set illuminance (25lx to 1000lx) and time. After the excitation is stopped, the system automatically switches to a high-Sensitivity luminance detector, continuously monitors and records the change of the afterglow luminance of the sample with time attenuation. Linear dispersion is used to analyze and calculate key performance parameters such as afterglow time.

Steps
1. Put the sample of light storage material to be tested into the stainless steel powder plate.
2. Manually select or switch to the target test station.
3. Set the required excitation Illumrination degree (25lx-1000lx) and excitation time through the system.
4. Start the test, and the system automatically activates the light.
5. After the excitation is completed, the system automatically starts to continuously record the afterglow luminance attenuation data.
6. During or after the test, real-time data, luminance change Linear dispersion and calculation results can be viewed through the system's own LCD screen or connected computer.
Notice
• Please ensure that the sample is filled flat in the powder pan to obtain accurate test results.
• Illumrination degree adjustment needs to be carried out within the range of 25lx to 1000lx specified by the system.
• Note that Excitation light source light spot size must meet the standard requirements to ensure complete coverage of the sample test area.
• During the test, avoid external stray light interfering with the measurement results.
• Periodically calibrate the system to ensure the accuracy of luminance and illuminance measurements.
