Overview
EX-1000 Fluorescent Material Excitation Light spectrum and Thermal Quenching Analysis System is a comprehensive phosphor measuring instrument, which can measure the excitation Light spectrum and emission Light spectrum characteristics of fluorescent materials, and can analyze their thermal quenching characteristics at high temperature. Provide comprehensive and objective data for the research and development and quality control of fluorescent materials.
Features
1. The excitation Light spectrum is wide, covering 200~ 800nm.
2. Excitation Light spectrum Bandwidth 1~ 10nm adjustable, high excitation wavelength accuracy (+/- 0.3nm).
3. Using HAAS-2000 High Accuracy Fast Light spectrum radiometer, equipped with scientific grade refrigeration CCD, high emission Light spectrum Measurement accuracy (wavelength accuracy +/- 0.3nm, chromaticity coordinate Precision +/- 0.0003).
4. With a precise temperature control system, the control range is from room temperature to 200 ° C, with an accuracy of +/- 2%.
5. It can provide a variety of data presentation methods such as three-dimensional excitation-emission Light spectrum diagram, two-dimensional Light spectrum diagram and temperature-luminance relationship diagram.
6. Excitation light source has high stability (+/- 1%), good luminosity linearity and Repeatability (both better than +/- 1%).
Principle
Excitation light source is used to illuminate the sample to measure its emission Light spectrum at different excitation wavelengths. At the same time, the system uses a precise temperature control heating device to make the sample at a set high temperature and measure the change of its luminous intensity with temperature to analyze the thermal quenching characteristics of the material.
Applications
R & D and quality control of rare earth three-primary color phosphors for lamps, R & D and quality control of rare earth yellow phosphors for white LED lamps, performance evaluation of various phosphors
Standards
CIE 0/45 excitation/observation conditions
Steps
1. Place the phosphor sample to be tested in a stainless steel powder dish of the specified size.
2. Set the required excitation Light spectrum measurement parameters (e.g. Wavelength Range, Bandwidth).
3. For measurement of thermal quenching characteristics, set the target temperature (room temperature to 200 ° C).
4. Start the system for measurement to obtain excitation Light spectrum, emission Light spectrum or temperature - luminance data.
5. Through software analysis and generate three-dimensional Light spectrum diagram, two-dimensional Light spectrum diagram and other results.
Notice
• When the temperature is within the range of 150 ° C to 200 ° C, it is recommended that the single continuous working time should not exceed 10 minutes.
• The sample powder plate needs to use a stainless steel plate with an inner diameter of φ 20mm, a depth of 3mm, and an edge of less than 0.5mm to ensure consistent measurement conditions.
When operating, ensure that the excitation/observation conditions comply with the CIE 0/45 standard.
