Overview
DMS-1500 Flat Panel Display Optical inspection Characteristic Test System is a High Accuracy integrated device for the measurement of Optical inspection and electrical characteristics of various small and medium-sized flat panel displays. The system can automatically test the luminance, luminance uniformity, color coordinate, color temperature, color space model, chroma uniformity, visual angle and power consumption of mobile phone monitors, flat panels, backlight modules and other products with one click.

Principle
The system carries the monitor under test through a High Accuracy mechanical turntable (supporting vertical and horizontal axis swirl/spin), and with the optional Optical inspection measurement Probe (such as Light spectrum luminance meter) and electrical measurement module, it automatically completes multi-angle and multi-position measurement under software control. The optional CCD imaging system can assist in positioning to ensure accurate measurement points. All measurement data is collected and analyzed by software to generate various Optical inspection and electrical characteristic reports.

Steps
1. Place the tested sample horizontally on the sample holding device.
2. Positioning via laser aligner or optional CCD imaging system.
3. Set the test parameters in the software (e.g. test distance, angle range, etc.).
4. One-click start test, the system automatically completes all measurement operations.
5. The software automatically generates and displays measurement reports.
Notice
• The tested sample needs to be placed horizontally.
• Optical inspection measurement module (luminance meter), electrical measurement module and CCD imaging system are optional, which need to be configured according to test requirements.
The test distance can be adjusted within the range of 400mm to 600mm.
• Before use, please ensure that the mechanical turntable Travel and Angle accuracy meet the test requirements.
