TQC sheen DV2211 viscosity calibrate oil is a professional calibrate oil manufactured according to ASTM D 2162 standard, fully traceable to national standards and compatible with test equipment. The product is dual UKAS certified according to international standard BS EN ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO Guide 34, with a capacity of 500ml, for calibrate of Viscometer and Specific Gravity Cup.

Principle
Viscosity calibrating oils are used to calibrate Viscometers and Specific Gravity Cups by providing a known and stable viscosity value. At specific temperatures, such as 20 ° C and 25 ° C, the viscosity value is precisely measured and the user can compare the device reading to these Standard values to adjust or verify the accuracy of the device.

Steps
1. Ensure that the calibrated oil and test equipment are in the specified temperature environment (e.g. 20 ° C or 25 ° C).
2. Pour calibrated oil into Viscometer or Specific Gravity Cup.
3. Run the equipment for viscosity measurement.
Compare the measurement results with standard viscosity values (7008mPa · s at 20 ° C or 4599mPa · s at 25 ° C).
5. Adjust the equipment calibrating settings according to the comparison results.
