Principle
The system precisely adjusts the position and angle of the tested display sample through the program-controlled automatic moving XYZ translation stage and precision turntable (V-axis, H-axis). Optical inspection signals of the screen are collected through the optional Optical measuring inspection instrument (such as luminance meter, Light spectrum meter, stroboscopic measurement instrument, etc.), and the optional electrical measurement system collects electrical parameters, which are analyzed and calculated by the supporting software, so as to obtain various Optical inspection and electrical characteristic parameters. The optional CCD imaging system can assist in positioning and observation.
