Overview
Dutch TQC viscosity calibrate oil DV2208 is a 500ml capacity N415 viscosity calibrate oil designed for calibrating test equipment such as viscosity cup, Specific Gravity Cup and Viscometer. Manufactured according to ASTM D 2162 standard, the product is fully traceable to national standards and compatible with a wide range of test equipment, as well as dual UKAS certification to international standard BS EN ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO Guide 34.

Principle
Viscosity calibrating oils are used to calibrate viscosity testing equipment by providing a known viscosity value. Steps
1. Prepare viscosity calibrating oil and equipment.
2. Pour calibrated oil into viscosity cup, Specific Gravity Cup or Viscometer.
3. Test at a specified temperature (e.g. 20 ° C or 25 ° C).
4. Record the viscosity value displayed by the device.
5. Compare the test value with the standard viscosity value of the calibrated oil and adjust the equipment to ensure accuracy.
