Overview
DMS-7000 Flat Display Optical inspection characteristic test system is mainly used for the measurement of Optical inspection characteristics of flat panel TVs, LCD TVs, plasma TVs, backlight modules, OLEDs and other flat panel displays. The system consists of High Accuracy Light spectrum radiant luminance meter with precision five-dimensional mobile rotating platform, signal generator, display screen electrical parameter measurement and precision power supply system, special measurement and control software.
Features
1. Maximum measurement size up to 70 inches.
2. The sample is placed vertically, equipped with a program-controlled automatic moving XYZ translation stage, Travel can be adjusted, and the moving resolution is up to 0.01mm.
3. Equipped with High Accuracy five-dimensional turntable, the rotation range of the vertical axis (V axis) and the horizontal axis (H axis) is -90 °~ + 90 °, and the angle accuracy is +/- 0.1 °.
4. Optical inspection measuring instruments (such as EVERFINE luminance meter, LFA stroboscopic measurement instrument, special High Accuracy detector, etc.) can be flexibly selected to achieve Optical inspection characteristics, total luminous flux, black and white Response Time, gray scale Gamma and other measurements.
5. Flexible selection of display-specific precision AC test power supply and High Accuracy electrical performance test system to meet the requirements of power supply, standby power consumption and electrical parameter testing.
6. Flexible selection of programmable graphics signal generators (e.g. ASTRO, Chroma, MASTER, etc.).
7. The CCD imaging system can be flexibly selected to intuitively display the measured screen and the measured point position.
8. Equipped with a field console, it can control the rotation of the turntable and the movement of the mobile station on the spot.

Principle
Optical inspection signals are collected by High Accuracy Light spectrum radiant luminance meter. The precise five-dimensional mobile rotating platform can precisely adjust the measurement position and angle. The special measurement and control software coordinates the control of the signal generator, the precision power supply, the electrical parameter measurement unit and the platform movement, and realizes the automatic measurement and analysis of the Optical inspection and electrical characteristics of the display under different working conditions.

Steps
1. Place the monitor under test vertically on the sample holding device.
2. Use a laser aligner or CCD imaging system (if optional) to align and determine the measurement point position.
3. Light spectrum luminance meters are moved to the specified measurement position and angle by controlling the precision five-dimensional platform through the field console or software.
4. Connect and start the precision power supply system and signal generator to provide the required working signal and power supply for the display.
5. Set test items (such as luminance, chroma, Response Time, power consumption, etc.) and parameters in the dedicated measurement and control software.
6. Start the automatic test program, and the system completes the measurement and collects data according to the settings.
7. Software analyzes data and generates test reports.
Notice
Please ensure that the monitor under test is firmly placed vertically on the flat holding device to prevent tipping over.
* When operating the mobile platform, pay attention to the Travel Range and avoid collisions.
* When connecting the electrical measurement part, please confirm that the power supply and signal generator parameters are set correctly and meet the requirements of the tested sample.
Optical inspection measuring instruments are configured and calibrated according to specific test requirements.
* When using CCD imaging system to assist positioning, ensure that it is accurately connected to the Light spectrum luminance meter.
Before testing, make sure that the system components are connected reliably and the software communication is normal.
