QIWEI PAL-104 Digital Display Salinometer is a Portable instrument for rapid determination of the concentration or refractive index of sugar-containing solutions and Miscellaneous non-sugar solutions. It is widely used in sugar, food, beverage and other industrial sectors as well as agricultural production and scientific research. It is suitable for concentration measurement of sauce products such as soy sauce and ketchup, sugar content measurement of sugar products such as jam and dilute, quality management of juice and beverage production lines, and classification of fruit sweetness.

Principle
The Salinometer is based on the principle of Optical inspection, which determines the concentration or sugar content of a solution by measuring its refractive index. As rays of light pass through the sample, the instrument detects the refractive angle change and converts it into a digital reading display.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power
2. Take 0.3 mL sample and place it in the measurement area
Wait 3 seconds for the measurement to complete
4. Read the measurement results on the display
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used within the range of 10~ 40 ° C
• Confirm that the battery is fully charged before use
• The sample volume needs to be accurate to 0.3mL
• Avoid measurement in a strong light environment
• Clean measurement area after measurement
• Remove the battery when not in use for a long time
