Overview
QIWEI XW-18D vortex mixer is a laboratory mixing equipment, mainly used for solvent mixing, liquid-liquid extraction, settling protein, Chinese herbal medicine extraction, pesticide residue extraction, cell particle resuspension, plasmid extraction and other experiments. It is suitable for testtube, flask, beaker, separatoryfunnel and other utensils. The mixing speed is dozens of times that of manual mixing, and the mixing is uniform and effective. Principle
The vortex mixer generates vortices through high-speed swirling/spinning, so that the liquid, solid powder and other substances in the container can be quickly and evenly mixed under the action of centrifugal force and fluid shear force. Its work does not require mechanical stirring or adding magnetic components to the mixture, thus avoiding possible pollution and magnetic field interference.

Steps
1. Place the sample vessel (e.g. testtube, flask, etc.) on the working platform of the mixer.
2. According to the experimental requirements, select the point-operated or Miscellaneous Operating Mode.
3. Start the instrument to mix.
4. After mixing, turn off the instrument and remove the sample.

• Power supply voltage is within the allowable range of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating to avoid accidents in high-speed swirling/spinning sample containers.
