Overview
QIWEI XW-18DL vortex mixer is a laboratory mixing equipment, mainly used for solvent mixing, liquid-liquid extraction, settling protein, Chinese herbal medicine extraction, pesticide residue extraction, cell particle resuspension, plasmid extraction and other experiments. The instrument is suitable for testtube, flask, beaker, separatoryfunnel and other utensils to hold liquid and solid powder for mixing. The mixing speed is dozens of times that of manual mixing, and the mixing is uniform and effective. Its structure is simple and reliable, small in size, power consumption is saved, and it is easy to operate. It integrates various functions such as continuous, speed regulation, point vibration, flat plate type, bowl type, etc.
Features
1. Integrated continuous, speed, point vibration, plate type, bowl type and other mixing functions.
2. The mixing speed is fast, uniform and effective, dozens of times that of manual mixing, which can effectively mix insoluble substances.
3. There is no need to stir or add magnetic components during work to avoid the mixed substances being affected by external pollution and magnetic fields.
4. Simple and reliable structure, small size, low power consumption and convenient operation.
5. Equipped with vortex rubber head and flat rubber pad, suitable for a variety of experimental vessels.
Principle
The vortex mixer generates high-speed swirl/spin vibrations driven by a motor, causing the liquid or solid powder placed in the vessel (such as testtube, beaker, etc.) on its working platform to form a vortex, thus achieving fast and uniform mixing. The process does not require direct contact with the mixture or the introduction of external magnetic components.
Applications
Pharmacokinetics, analysis, biochemistry, feed testing, pesticide residue analysis, environment analysis, commodity inspection, petrochemical and other laboratories
Standards
Power supply voltage: AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. Select the appropriate accessories (vortex rubber head or flat rubber pad) according to the mixing requirements and install them.
3. Place the vessel containing the sample to be mixed firmly on the mixing platform.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Select the point or continuous Operating Mode as needed to start the instrument for mixing.
6. After mixing, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable and firm table before use.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (85%).
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz).
• Please ensure that the sample container is firmly placed during operation to prevent slippage or liquid splashing.
• When the instrument is working, do not touch the moving parts with your hands.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the instrument.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization.
