Overview
QIWEI XW-18DL + vortex mixer is an efficient laboratory mixing equipment, suitable for mixing liquid or solid powder in testtube, flask, beaker, separatoryfunnel and other utensils. It integrates continuous, speed regulation, point vibration, flat plate, bowl and other functions. The structure is simple and reliable, the volume is small, and the operation is convenient. It is a right-hand assistant for scientific research and laboratory operation.
Features
1. Function integration: set continuous, speed regulation, point vibration, plate type, bowl type and other blending modes in one.
2. Efficient mixing: The mixing speed is dozens of times that of manual mixing, and the mixing is uniform and effective, making it easy to mix insoluble substances.
3. Pollution-free design: no need to stir or add magnetic components during work to avoid being mixed with external pollution and magnetic field.
4. Compact structure: simple and reliable structure, small size, light weight and power consumption.
5. Easy to operate: Easy to operate, Rotation speed adjustable.
Principle
The vortex mixer generates high-speed swirl/spin or oscillation driven by the motor, so that the substances placed in the container (such as testtube, beaker, etc.) on its working platform are quickly and uniformly mixed under the action of centrifugal force or eddy current.
Applications
Solvent mixing, liquid-liquid extraction, settling protein, Chinese herbal medicine extraction, pesticide residue extraction, cell particle resuspension, plasmid extraction, pharmacokinetics, analysis, biochemistry, feed detection, pesticide residue analysis, environment analysis, commodity inspection, petrochemical
Steps
1. Place the sample to be mixed in a suitable container such as a testtube or flask.
2. According to the shape of the bottom of the container, select and install the vortex rubber head or flat rubber pad.
3. Place the container firmly on the working platform of the mixer.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Select Operating Mode (point or continuous) and adjust to desired Rotation speed.
6. Start the instrument to mix.
7. After mixing, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets instrument requirements (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz) before use.
• The instrument should work at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 85%).
Do not place items on the instrument that exceed its load-bearing capacity.
• Before mixing, make sure the container is firmly placed to prevent the liquid from splashing out.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the instrument.
• Do not disassemble the instrument without authorization.
