Overview
ALPS-3000 Ambient Light Optical Characteristics Test System is a High Accuracy test equipment under the EVERFINE brand. It is mainly used for the measurement of Optical inspection parameters of automotive ambient lights and the qualification determination according to the set value. The system integrates Light spectrum, luminance and Color measurement functions. Measurement accuracy is extremely high and speed, and it is widely used in industrial quality control and Quality inspection organizations.
Features
1. Light spectrum, luminance, Color measurement functions in one, can be measured luminance, luminance uniformity, color temperature, chroma uniformity, relative Light spectrum power distribution and other parameters.
2. High integration, automatic measurement, beautiful appearance.
3. The software automatically generates color interface test reports, including luminance uniformity, Light spectrum and chroma data.
4. With image enlargement, reduction function, and equal luminance color map analysis function.
5. Linear dispersion can be drawn for the online luminance depicted.
6. It can be judged according to the luminance and chroma setting limits.
7. Optical inspection parameter accuracy depends on the configuration equipment.
Principle
The system collects and analyzes the light emitted by the car ambient light through an integrated Optical inspection measurement device. It can simultaneously obtain Light spectrum, luminance and Color information, and process the data through professional software to calculate key Optical inspection parameters such as luminance uniformity, color temperature, chroma uniformity, and finally automate the qualification judgment according to the preset standards.
Applications
Industrial quality control, Quality inspection organization
Steps
Connect and start the ALPS-3000 test system and supporting equipment.
2. Place the sample of the car ambient light to be tested in the test position.
3. Optical inspection parameters to be measured and corresponding qualification determination limits are set in the system software.
4. Start the automatic measurement program, the system will automatically collect optical signals and perform data analytics.
5. After the measurement is completed, the software automatically generates a color test report including luminance uniformity, Light spectrum and chroma data.
6. Based on the data in the report and preset limits, the system or operator makes a qualification determination.
Notice
• Optical inspection parameters Measurement accuracy depends on the measurement equipment configured, please make sure to use matching equipment that meets the requirements.
Before making a measurement, make sure that the sample to be tested has been placed correctly and works stably.
• Software operation and parameter setting need to be carried out by trained professionals to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
Regularly calibrate and maintain the system to ensure long-term stable measurement performance.
