Overview
JPB-608A Portable intelligent dissolved oxygen analyzer is a Portable dissolved oxygen analyzer designed for easy on-site operation. The instrument consists of a polarographic Laminating dissolved oxygen Electrode Sensor and a highly integrated circuit electronic unit. It adopts a point array liquid crystal display to display the dissolved oxygen value and temperature at the same time.
Features
1. point matrix backlight liquid crystal display
2. Automatic temperature compensation, Fast Response Time
3. Portable, easy to carry
4. Accuracy of digital display
5. Factory dissolved Oxygen electrode (Polarographic Laminating)
Principle
The instrument uses a polarographic Laminating type dissolved oxygen Electrode as the Sensor. The water sample is separated from the electrolysis solution inside Electrode by Laminating, and the dissolved oxygen undergoes a reduction reaction on Electrode through the film to generate a current. The current is proportional to the dissolved oxygen concentration, so as to realize the measurement of dissolved oxygen. The electronic unit processes the Sensor signal and automatically performs temperature compensation, and finally displays the result on the point array LCD screen.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment monitoring, aquaculture, sewage treatment, scientific research and education
Steps
1. Install the battery and turn on the instrument power.
2. Connect the dissolved Oxygen electrode Sensor to the electronic unit.
3. Electrode immersed in the water sample to be tested.
4. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Response Time ≤ 30 seconds), and read the dissolved oxygen value and temperature value displayed on the LCD screen.
5. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power, clean and store Electrode properly.
Notice
• Please use the designated No. 7 alkaline battery.
• To avoid damage to the Sensor film, be careful when using and storing.
• Instruments and Electrodes should avoid violent vibrations and impacts.
• During measurement, make sure that the Electrode is fully immersed in the water sample and remains stable.
• Counter electrodes are calibrated and maintained regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, do not use in environments beyond this range.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
