Overview
PXS-CL chloride ion meter is a QIWEI brand measurement instrument for chloride ion content in aqueous solution, especially suitable for mass monitoring of high-purity water in power plants (such as steam, water, boiler feed water, etc.). The instrument can also be used in universities, scientific research departments, Petrochemicals, microelectronics and other fields to determine chloride ion concentration or activity in natural water and industrial drainage.

Principle
The instrument achieves accurate determination of chloride concentration by measuring the electrochemistry of chloride ions in aqueous solutions and processing signals using microcontroller technology. Combined with temperature compensation function (manual or automatic), the accuracy of measurement at different Ambient Temperatures is ensured.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50 +/- 1 Hz).
2. Connect temperature Electrode as needed (as selected when booking).
3. Turn on the instrument and select manual or automatic temperature compensation mode according to the prompts.
4. Immerse the Electrode in the aqueous solution to be tested and read the PCL value or the chloride ion concentration value [Cl].
5. Clean the Electrode and turn off the power after use.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 40 ℃.
• Operating Relative Humidity not exceeding 80%.
• Temperature Electrode is an optional accessory, if you need to use it, please explain when booking.
• Power supply voltage in AC 220V +/- 22V range, Frequency of 50 +/- 1 Hz.
• Regularly calibrate instruments to maintain Measurement accuracy.
