Overview
The TQC Sheen Automatic Panel Sprayer SH0586 is a fully pneumatic device designed to eliminate inconsistencies in handheld spray gun applications, providing lame plating conditions with repeatability for consistent results. The device is particularly suitable for the evaluation of high-performance coatings such as metal coatings, pearlescent coatings and special effects coatings, ensuring the conformity of Color, Glossiness, Opacity, Appearance and physical properties such as thickness, sagging, flow and adhesion.

Principle
Automatic panel sprayers control spray gun movement via a pneumatic system, providing adjustable settings to determine atomization, coating construction, flash time, Flow rate/levelling, film thickness, and spray gun traverse speed and accelerated drying. Once a good setup of the product is achieved, quality control and sampling can be easily reproduced to identify inconsistencies in formulations.

Steps
1. Set spray gun parameters including traverse speed and lame plating distance
2. Mounting panel bracket (standard magnetic, optional vacuum bracket)
3. Start the pneumatic system for lame plating
4. Clean and maintain equipment

- The spray gun is not included in the sprayer and needs to be purchased separately
- Optional vacuum panel holder when using nonmagnetic panel
- Regular cleaning to maintain performance
