Overview
The TQC Sheen Automatic Panel Sprayer SH0590 model features an all-pneumatic design, developed in collaboration with major paint manufacturers, that eliminates inconsistencies in handheld spray gun applications and provides lame plating conditions with repeatability for consistent results. The device ensures coating application conformity when applying high-performance coatings such as metal coatings, pearlescent coatings and special effects coatings. Evaluation of Color, Glossiness, Opacity and physical properties such as thickness, sagging, levelling and adhesion is particularly important.

Principle
The automatic panel sprayer drives the spray gun with a fully pneumatic system, providing adjustable spray gun settings including atomization, coating construction, flash time, Flow rate/levelling, film thickness, and parameters such as spray gun traverse speed and accelerated drying. Once a good setup of the product is achieved, quality control can be easily reproduced and inconsistencies in formulations or formulations can be identified.

Steps
1. Set spray gun parameters, including atomization, coating construction, flash time, Flow rate/levelling, film thickness, and spray gun traverse speed and accelerated drying
2. Use magnetic panel holder or optional vacuum panel holder to fix the panel
3. Start the full pneumatic system for lame plating operation
4. Clean and maintain equipment
