Principle

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the light of the counting pool.
2. Insert the Probe plug into the instrument socket and press
3. Set the key to zero to make the instrument work
4. Test in culture dishes
5. Count colonies one by one at the bottom of the culture dish with a probe pen
6. Carefully check the magnifying glass to ensure that no omissions are found
7. Record numbers and remove culture dishes
8. According to the reset and key traversal, the screen enters the initial state
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a flat and sturdy surface for use
• Do not tilt the Probe too much when counting colonies
• When the probe is gently pressed until there is a bounce feeling, enter the number
• The instrument should be moisture-proof, shockproof, avoid direct sunlight, acid and alkali erosion
• Dust cover should be added after use
• Take care to prevent bacteria from fostering contamination of the counting tank
• Neither the instrument nor the Probe can be disassembled at will
• If a fault is found, it should be repaired by an experienced technician
