Overview
The Kenton DHG-9130 Precision LCD Thermostatic Drying Oven is a microcomputer intelligent PID control laboratory device with temperature control, timing and over-temperature alarm functions. The device features a mirrored stainless steel liner and Cold rolled steel plate housing with a large viewing window and adjustable shelf for applications requiring high Temperature uniformity.

Principle
The equipment precisely adjusts the temperature through microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, uses high temperature heating tube as heating element, combines good air duct design and heat dissipation fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the working cavity. High temperature resistant silicone sealing door edge and fastening handle ensure the sealing of the box and achieve a stable thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Power supply voltage 220V
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) and timing time (0~ 999min) through the LCD screen microcomputer
3. Adjust the space and number of shelves in the studio as needed
4. Close the box door after placing the sample and ensure sealing
5. Start the device and start working
6. Take out the sample in time after the work is completed

• Modern intermediate and advanced laboratories are recommended for users with high Temperature uniformity
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box
• For heating high-value materials, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the materials will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box and the overheating
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
