The Kenton 101-0 Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying device for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. This model has Inner chamber dimensions of 350 × 350 × 350mm, Temperature range RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Dial thermostat and galvanized steel liner.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and the hot air circulation system consists of a low-noise fan and an air duct to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the box. The Dial thermostat is used to set and monitor the temperature, ensuring accurate temperature control within the range of RT + 5 to 300 ° C.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to the power supply
2. Adjust the height and quantity of shelves in the studio as needed
3. Set the desired temperature through the Dial thermostat
4. Put in the sample and close the box door
5. Start the device and monitor the situation in the box through the observation window
6. Turn off the power after use and take out the sample.

• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, and uninterrupted use for a long time is not recommended
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
