Overview
Kenton 101-1 Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions. It uses Dial thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1%. Inner chamber dimensions are 450 × 450 × 350mm, liner is made of galvanized steel, and the shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is beautiful and elegant.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, and a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and air duct makes the temperature inside the studio evenly distributed, realizing the functions of drying, baking and heat treatment. The Dial thermostat is used to set and monitor the temperature to ensure that the temperature is controlled within the set range.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature
2. Place the sample on the shelf in the studio, adjust the shelf height and quantity to suit the sample specifications
3. Close the box door and monitor the contents of the box through the observation window
4. Start the equipment for drying, baking or heat treatment
5. Turn off the power after use and take out the sample.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
