The Kenton 101-2 Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. This model uses Dial thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1%, Inner chamber dimensions 550 × 550 × 450mm, Power 1.6~ 2.4Kw, Voltage 220V.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected for Dial or microcomputer smart PID digital display.
2. The shell is painted with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts.
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate models.
5. The height and number of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications.
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box.
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, and combines the hot air circulation system (including low-noise fans and air ducts) to evenly distribute the hot air into the working room to realize functions such as drying and baking. The Dial thermostat is used to set and maintain the temperature, ensuring stable operation within the range of RT + 5~ 300 ° C.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V).
2. Adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed.
3. Set the required temperature through the Dial thermostat.
4. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
5. Monitor the status of the items in the box through the observation window.
6. Turn off the power after use.

• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
• Temperature uniformity and high water content samples are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller.
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
