Overview
Kenton 101-3 Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions. It uses Dial thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 2%. Inner chamber dimensions are 750 × 600 × 500mm, liner is made of galvanized steel, and the shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is beautiful and elegant.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and air duct makes the temperature inside the studio evenly distributed. The Dial thermostat monitors and controls the temperature in real time to ensure that the temperature is stable within the set range, realizing the functions of drying, baking and heat treatment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature
2. Wait for the temperature in the box to reach the set value
3. Put in the sample, adjust the shelf height and quantity to suit the sample specifications
4. Close the box door and monitor the sample status through the observation window
5. After drying, turn off the power and take out the sample
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
