Overview
The Kenton 101-5 Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying device for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, with hot air circulation system, Temperature range RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 2%. It provides drying, baking and heat treatment functions, but is not suitable for volatile, flammable or explosive items.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected from Dial or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display of two types;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications;
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system (consisting of a low-noise fan and air ducts) to achieve a uniform temperature distribution, transferring heat to the interior of the studio for drying, baking or heat treating samples. Dial thermostats are used to set and monitor temperatures.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to a power supply (380V).
2. Adjust the height and quantity of studio shelves as needed;
3. Use the Dial thermostat to set the required temperature.
4. Start the device and monitor the contents of the box through the observation window;
5. Turn off the power after use, and take out the sample after chilling down.
Notice
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content of the sample is not recommended;
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion;
• Power supply voltage is 380V to avoid overload.
