Kenton 101-1A digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment with microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, suitable for routine tests such as drying, baking, heat treatment and heating in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 450 × 450 × 350mm, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1%.

1. The thermostat adopts microcomputer intelligent PID digital display, and the temperature control is accurate; 2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is beautiful and elegant; 3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to ensure uniform temperature; 4. The liner is made of galvanized steel plate, which is durable and easy to clean; 5. The height and number of shelves in the working room can be adjusted, which is convenient for accessing samples of different specifications; 6. The box door is equipped with double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box; 7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital display temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature limit controller.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by electric heating elements, and the hot air circulation system (including low-noise fans and air ducts) distributes the hot air evenly into the working room to realize the drying or heating process. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V); 2. Open the door and place the sample on the adjustable shelf; 3. Set the required temperature and time (if using the optional timing function); 4. Close the door and start the device; 5. Monitor the sample through the observation window; 6. Turn off the power after use and remove the sample.

• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time; • It is not recommended to use samples with high Temperature uniformity requirements and large water content; • It is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller for more expensive samples; • It is not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion; • Check Power supply voltage and Power matching before use; • Avoid direct contact with high temperature components during operation.
