Overview
Kenton 101-4A digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories R & D institutions and other places, using microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, with accurate temperature control and hot air circulation system.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected from Dial or microcomputer smart PID digital display.
2. The shell is painted with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts.
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate.
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications.
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, combined with a hot air circulation system (including low-noise fans and air ducts) to evenly distribute the temperature inside the studio, and a microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts and maintains the set temperature to achieve drying, baking or heat treatment functions.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (e.g. 380V).
2. Open the box door and place the sample on the adjustable shelf.
3. Set the desired temperature and time (e.g. using the optional timing function).
4. Close the box door and start the device to work.
5. Monitor the situation in the box through the observation window, and turn off the power after the work is completed.
Notice
• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, and uninterrupted use for a long time is not recommended.
• Temperature uniformity and high water content samples are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller.
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
