Kenton 101-0S Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying device for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, using stainless steel liner and Dial thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1%.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected for Dial or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and number of shelves in the studio can be adjusted for easy access to samples;
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window to clearly observe the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system (low noise blower and air duct) for uniform heating and air flow to remove moisture from the sample or for heat treatment, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a Dial thermostat.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth and ventilated place;
Connect the power supply to ensure voltage matching (220V).
3. Adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed;
4. Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature (RT + 5~ 300 ° C).
5. Start the device and monitor the sample through the observation window.
6. Turn off the power after use and clean the liner.
Notice
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content of the sample is not recommended;
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion;
• Power supply voltage matching to avoid overload;
• Check the integrity of the equipment before use, and stop using it in time if there is any abnormality.
