The Kenton 101-2S Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying device for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. This model features a stainless steel liner with a Temperature range of RT + 5 to 300 ° C, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ° C, Fluctuation +/- 1%, and a working room size of 550 × 550 × 450mm.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system (including low noise fans and air ducts) to achieve uniform temperature distribution, promoting air flow in the box for drying, baking or heat treatment processes. Dial thermostats are used to set and monitor temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to the power supply
2. Adjust shelf height and quantity as needed
3. Set the Dial Thermostat to the desired temperature
4. Put in the sample and close the box door
5. Start the equipment for drying or heat treatment
6. Monitor the situation in the box through the observation window, and turn off the power after the operation is completed.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
