The Kenton 101-3S Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying device for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. This model features a stainless steel liner with a Temperature range of RT + 5~ 300 ° C, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ° C, Fluctuation +/- 2%, suitable for routine test use.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element and uniformly heated by a hot air circulation system consisting of a low-noise fan and an air duct. The temperature is precisely controlled by a thermostat (Dial or microcomputer intelligent PID) to ensure that the temperature in the working room is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage matches (220V).
2. Adjust the height and number of shelves in the studio to fit the sample
3. Set the desired temperature through the Dial thermostat
4. Start the device and observe the temperature change
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the studio

• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
