The Kenton 101-4S Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying device for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. Features
1. The thermostat can be selected from Dial or microcomputer smart PID digital display.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system (including a low-noise fan and air duct) to achieve uniform heating and air circulation for drying, baking and heat treatment processes. The Dial thermostat is used to set and monitor the temperature, ensuring stable operation in the range of RT + 5~ 300 ° C.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to a power supply (380V).
2. Adjust the height and quantity of shelves in the studio as needed.
3. Use the Dial thermostat to set the desired temperature (RT + 5 to 300 ° C).
4. Turn on the equipment and start the hot air circulation system for heating.
5. Monitor the status of the items in the box through the observation window, and turn off the power after the operation is completed.

• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
• Temperature uniformity and high water content samples are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller.
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
