Kenton 101-5S Dial electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, with hot air circulation system and adjustable studio structure, Temperature range RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 2%.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected for Dial or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and number of shelves in the studio can be adjusted for easy access to samples;
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which is convenient for observing the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by electric heating elements, combined with low-noise fans and air ducts to form a hot air circulation system, so that the temperature inside the studio is evenly distributed, and the functions of drying, baking and heat treatment are realized.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed;
3. Set the temperature parameters and start the device.
4. Monitor the sample status through the observation window.
5. Turn off the power after use, and take out the sample after chilling down.
Notice
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content of the sample is not recommended;
• It is recommended to install an independent temperature limit controller for more expensive samples;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable and explosive items to avoid explosion;
• Power supply voltage matching (e.g. 380V) to avoid overload.
