Overview
Kenton 101-2AS digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment with microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and heating operations in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 550 × 550 × 450mm, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, with +/- 1 ℃ Temperature Accuracy and +/- 1% Temperature Fluctuation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct, the hot air is evenly distributed inside the studio to realize the drying, baking or heat treatment process. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature.
2. Wait for the temperature in the box to reach the set value.
3. Put in the sample, adjust the shelf height and quantity to suit the sample specifications.
4. Monitor the status of the items in the box through the observation window.
5. After use, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
• Temperature uniformity and high water content samples are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller.
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
